Witch/Pagan/Eldritch deer-shaped thing that lives in a hut in the woods and sometimes screams. Can sometimes be lured into giving you dubious side quests in exchange for cute mushroom things and specific antique/vintage glass items. circa, August, 1989
I'm married to a feral wife who collects bones, bugs, and tiny replica food. She also really likes the Nightlords from Warhammer 40k. We have three rescue demons... I mean, cats. Ticker, who is 14, Bean, who is 12, and Goose, who is aptly named and 7. We're both homebodies who enjoy spending our weekends antiquing. It's both a date and a treasure hunt, as we collect specific items. Our current quests are for Fenton Glass Fawns, Degenhart/Boyd glass Forget-me-not and gypsy pot toothpick holders, Indiana Glass Hen-on-Nest dishes, and Fairy Lamps. Even when we don't find what we're looking for, it's still fun!
I love coffee, and usually grind up whole beans for my french press when I'm in need of that kick. I'm diabetic, so I can't have sweet, sugary things like I used to, but I still enjoy a good chocolate chip cookie here and there. I've never been a big snacker, but I love trying cultural things. I like learning about the experiences of the people I exchange with. What their hobbies are, their favorite quotes, etc. You can learn a lot from just talking to someone and making them feel seen, so don't hesitate to yap at me!
I enjoy writing and have been a roleplayer for over 20 years, during which I've made some wonderful friends. I'm currently in a cross-stitching kick, but I also game in my spare time. (if you like shooters, I recommend Darktide. If you like cozy? Paleo Pines or Palia). I also collect indie art tarot and oracle decks. I sometimes use them.
I don't really appreciate religious items, so I'd like to request I don't receive them so they can find a better home with someone else. I am a Pagan Witch who follows Cernunnos, Elen of the Ways, Hekate, and the Morrigan. They mean a lot to me, as do deer, obviously, and nature. I will ALWAYS prefer handmade and local, small artist items. I'm very supportive of and celebrate the people in your community who are talented and striving to live their lives well.
