A little about me...

My wife and I live in the lovely state of NSW, Australia, with our two cats. One of whom was rescued from a chemical cabinet within an industrial zone - no idea how a 5-week-old kitten ends up there!

For me, the main thing I get out of participating in these exchanges is the joys of both giving and receiving. I love trying to pick out something unique for the recipient and love the anticipation of what I might get back. One of my favourite things of receiving is something unique to the sender. Whether that is some local art or some of your favourite recipes, they bring me so much joy.

I am quite obsessed with the NFL, having quite the array of trading cards and watching highlights every week on YouTube (damn Aussie time zones and the games being played on Monday mornings while I am at work).

I also have a great affinity for all things Star Wars, with quite a collection of Lego and Funko Pops related to the franchise. I also enjoy watching Good Mythical Morning and listening to My Brother, My Brother and Me.

I also enjoy PC gaming in my limited spare time. Recent favourites include the Football Manager series (I've already pre-ordered the new one and I never pre-order games haha), TCG Card Shop Simulator and Die in the Dungeon. I got into gaming during the PS2 and Game Boy era - what an awesome time that was. I want to get back into the old games but don't know where to start on playing the old games today. My wife loves Stardew Valley and the latest Hello Kitty game.

Finally, I am a little crazy about Christmas. It is always a tough decision each year to consider how long until it is acceptable to put up the tree!

My wife's current passion is for all things frogs. We have a great deal of frog squishmallows, frog stickers and she is currently knitting a pair of frog socks. Every Sanrio blind bag opening is a desperate hunt for Keropi.
